Catholic Charities offers over 28 programs to families and individuals throughout the 11 counties within the Diocese of Madison. We serve people of all faiths and beliefs.
Since 1946 Catholic Charities, Diocese of Madison, has been building families through our Adoption Program. We are a state licensed child-placing agency accredited through the Council on Accreditation (COA).
Catholic Charities works in collaboration with several apartment communities (located in Columbia, Dane and Jefferson counties) to provide affordable housing for families and individuals who qualify.
The mission of Aging Services is to offer programs to older persons and their families. Services include respite care, companion care, an elder mentor program and more.
The All Saints Retirement Neighborhood located on Madison's West Side offers people 55 and better an inspiring place to call home. This aging-in-place community is one of the finest master-planned neighborhoods available offering apartment homes, cottages, condos, assisted living and memory care residences.
As part of the All Saints Neighborhood, this beautiful assisted living facility is a perfect blend of independence and assisted living services. The memory care residence offers a safe and understandable environment for seniors with Alzheimer's and other forms of dementia.
Serving the community for over 35 years with a consistent record of success, these services are provided through Hope Haven-Rebos United, Inc., a separate non-profit corporation governed and managed by Catholic Charities.
Catholic Charities has Autism Specialists on staff and provides services through several programs for people with developmental disabilities and traumatic brain injury including Developmental Disability Counseling; Recreation; Birth to 3 Program; Community Connections; Community, Supportive, and Youth Living Programs and a Support Broker Program (case management).
Our services for families and individuals promote self-sufficiency, mental health and family preservation. Programs are respectful of the strengths of each individual and family, and are provided in a culturally competent manner. Catholic Charities provides a variety of Counseling Services, a Family Resource Center as well as other family and individual programs for both children and adults of all ages.
In partnership with Second Harvest Food Bank of Wisconsin, our Parish Mobile Food Pantry serves rural communities who would not normally have access to the larger food pantries available in the Madison area. All parishes in the Diocese of Madison are invited to participate.
The Rural Life Office works to fulfill the needs of those living in the rural areas of the 11 counties in the Diocese of Madison.
