Community Connections exists for the purpose of providing adults with developmental disabilities the opportunity for daily community integration and meaningful activity.

Community Connections has volunteer opportunities in our leisure day program for adults with developmental disabilities. As a volunteer, you would work with our staff to assist program participants with daily community integration or with leisure skills at our program. This could mean one day you go to the park and to the movies the next. Explore your talents for arts and crafts on a Wednesday and celebrate football season on a Friday!
