Catholic Charities is involved with providing affordable rental housing by working with apartment communities within the Diocese of Madison. Families and individuals who are interested in affordable housing are referred to the following locations:

Fitchburg Springs, a 104 unit apartment community, offers one bedroom, one bedroom plus loft, two bedroom, two bedroom plus loft and three bedroom ranch apartments.  Rent costs depend on income level and certain income limits apply to residents.

Built in 1998, this 24 unit apartment community consists of one, two and three bedroom apartments featuring a security intercom entrance system. Each of the spacious apartment homes includes a living room, dining area, kitchen, bathroom or bath and a half, walk-in closets, and a patio or balcony.

The former Quisling Clinic building underwent a $6.8 million renovation in 2000 to become a 60 unit apartment community, with 70 percent dedicated for affordable housing. Rent costs depend on income level and certain income limits apply to residents. Quisling Apartments offer efficiency, one and two bedroom units, with 60 underground parking spaces, rooftop terrace and fitness room.
