2. Participants in Catholic Charities programs consistently rate the services of the organization as "excellent" when surveyed.

3. Our programs help participants to meet their goals and increase their independence.

4. Participants make improvements in their functioning, health, employment, safety, quality of life and other outcomes.

5. Catholic Charities' Staff and Board complete a long-range plan based on community needs every five years, and review our progress every three months.
